Tom Doc loves trout and will go anywhere to catch them. Lucky for him that he hails from Galway in the West of Ireland and lives on the shores of the mighty Lough Corrib. He operates as a guide on the Irish Loughs of Corrib, Mask and Carra. He has had a long involvement with the tackle trade and is currently the Irish agent for Fulling Mill. He has written many articles for both Irish and British magazines and co presents the popular Fly-Fishing Podcast; Ireland on the Fly. Tom loves his competition fishing and has fished for Ireland on nine occasions. A keen fly tier, he loves tying variants and has been a tying instructor for twenty years.
