This pink beaded version is one of Luboš Roza's confidence variations of the pheasant tail nymph, and is one he has in his box at all times. A good bit flashier than the original pheasant tail nymph, it has some serious attracting power. We've had some absolutely incredible days fishing for both trout and grayling with it, and won't be caught without it on the river.
