The olive nymphs live and hatch mainly in fast water, so you need a fly that not only imitates the nymphs in the correct sizes but gets down fast through the turbulent water. Trout and Grayling will happily feed in this fast water and getting down to them is key. A super effective drab Perdigon jig nymph pattern that catches even the weariest of fish.
