Fulling Mill UK & ROW Sales Manager
Location: Salfords, Surrey UK. Regular attendance at the office is required though travel is a significant feature of the role and flexible working would be considered.

Job Type: Full Time Role
Salary: £Competitive Package, depending on experience + performance based incentives. Competitive package of additional benefits including company pension scheme, life insurance and generous annual holiday allowance.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven UK & Rest of World (ROW) Sales Manager (excluding USA) to lead our sales strategy across key markets. This senior management role is pivotal to future growth and will focus on expanding market share through both existing and new customer relationships.
Fulling Mill is at an exciting juncture following the recent launch of a substantial new range of fly-tying products complementing our core fly offering. The successful candidate will play a key role in leveraging this momentum to drive sales and brand presence across the UK and international territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale customers.
- Proactively identify and target new wholesale accounts.
- Promote, educate and up-sell new product ranges and innovations.
- Manage a network of Sales Agents outside the core UK market.
- Collaborate with the wider Fulling Mill team (marketing, product development, customer service etc) to support overall sales objectives.
- Represent Fulling Mill at trade shows, dealer meetings and industry events both domestically and abroad.
Role Attributes
These attributes are likely to be desirable for any successful applicant:
- Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally in the fly-fishing, angling or wider outdoor industry.
- A keen interest in fly fishing with in-depth knowledge of flies, fly-tying materials and fly fishing accessories.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM platforms; comfortable with the pervasive use of technology in normal day to day workflows.
- Ability and willingness to travel in the UK and abroad.
